The problem of reforming of system of a provision of pensions has turned from узкоотраслевого a question to one of the key problems facing to the governments of the majority of the countries. Owing to a relative youth of the system of a provision of pensions and its constant transformation this theme is poorly developed in the classical and neoclassical economic theory. The author of article analyses features and key characteristics of the Russian system of a provision of pensions and conclusions are drawn on the further ways of its reforming, taking into account foreign experience and corresponding tendencies in the field of a demography and social policy.
