Approach to capital structure formation by the Russian companies considering according to agency features

In the article essential dependence of structure of the capital on agency problems is proved. The questions connected with the agency relations, preconditions of emergence of the corporate conflicts in the company, by agency expenses as result of manifestation of contradictions of interests are considered. The features of intra corporate structure of the Russian companies are defined. The reasons of corporate disputes are investigated. On the basis of real data the integrated approach to the analysis of influence of agency contradictions and qualities of management by the company at the level of debt loading is approved.
