Development of conceptual approaches to creation of effective system of treasury risk management

In the article the requirement of formation of control system of treasury risks in the activities of the Federal Treasury is revealed. Conceptual, methodological and organizational approaches of creation of this system at the present stage are considered. The uniform technique of an assessment of treasury risks of management of Federal Treasury on the subject of the Russian Federation and its structural divisions is offered.
