Comparative analysis of programs of mortgage housing lending of the Russian credit organizations

In the article it is noted that in the last years the market of the credits in Russia considerably has grown. The number of the commercial banks which are giving out mortgage loans increased, mortgage programs offered by them became various. Wishing to obtain a mortgage loan independently to understand a huge flow of information on this problem it is rather difficult. Author's vision of features of the housing loan is offered.
