The budgetary risks, caused by the financially-budgetary policy of the subject of the russian federation (municipal union)

The Financially-budgetary policy which is carried out during budgetary process, assumes occurrence of risks of the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation (municipal union). So in article concept definition "budgetary risk" is made, its kinds and factors are considered, the estimation of budgetary risk is defined. The author considers that for better and efficient control budgetary funds, participants of budgetary process it is necessary, in due time to identify possible budgetary risks, to define a correct choice of an estimation of budgetary risks.
