Applying the method of correlation pleiades in the study of social-economic and budget performance of russian regions

Due to the lack of marked tendency to equalizing the levels of development of regions in Russia searching of new methods and approaches to the justification of social-economic and financial policy at the federal and regional levels is being actualized. In this article, based on official statistics from 82 regions of Russia for 3 years using the method of correlation Pleiades (galaxy) we analyzed the relationship between the processes occurring in different areas at the regional level, in conjunction with the budgetary parameters. We revealed a set of factors that influence the GRP and the tax revenues of regional budgets, and concluded about trends of the model of development model of the budget system in Russia. The results showed the possibility of using the method of correlation Pleiades (galaxy) in the strategic management of public finances, implementing the principle of a systematic and integration.
