The article discovers the main trends of the modernization of the banking sector while accomplishing the creation of the financial center in Moscow region. The creation of the financial center in Moscow region is an integral part of the process of the innovative way of modernization and development of Russian economy. The innovative banking system can lead to the transformation of the infrastructure of the international financial center. New infrastructure can lead to the investment generation can instigate the economic upturn.
