Transnational corporation’s innovation development in global economic space

The article considers the basic trends of innovation development of large corporations in the world economy. Suggestions on improvement of strategy of positioning of Russian TNC in the global economic space were made on the basis of research of foreign experience in business transnationalization. Development of innovation activity of large companies is the essential condition not only for the formation of mechanism of innovation process participant’s integration interaction on the domestic market, but also it provides to the Russian economy the stable competitive advantage on the world markets.
