This article singles out the main elements of the mechanism of realization of regional programmers of mortgage housing crediting. The necessity of adapting of the existing mechanism of suck programmers to economic conditions is grounded. New forms and methods of assignment of state supporting the citizens who need improvement of living conditions are suggested.
