The overview, that became the result of the discussion, contains the opinions of several economists about the theoretical and methodological tasks of the Russian contemporary economical politicks, and, as well, about basis of governmental management and legislative basis of economical politicks. The main task here applies to the credit and monetary sphere. In the overview were highlighted the main tendencies, problems, threads and risks of the contemporary Russian economical politicks. The main attention was paid to the formation of the effective demand with the help of the credit and financial politicks.
