Crisis of Economic Cycles Management Theory in view of Monetary-and-Credit Factors of Foreign Studies

The present-day stage of world’s economy development is characterized by management vacuum. In the first place, economic cycles theories ceased to meet modern demands. In the absence of effective economic growth fundamental principles, management applied aspects became fragmentary and unstable. In order to analyze existing problems the author handles the view of investment-construction activity practice upon economic theories gaps. It is clearly indicated in the article what domains in fundamental studies demand considerable review, and how to prevent the destruction of capital-intensive fields.
