Personal finance plays a special role in the social and economic development of the society. The article studies the conditions, the inside and the mechanism of the personal finance, demonstrates its place and a new role in the modern market economy. In conclusion, the author gives some recommendations for the modernization of the use of the personal finance an instrument of the crisis policy.
