Like the practice shows, the main problems, appearing in the sphere of formation and management of municipal property is insufficient legal regulation of relations of property and inefficient management of municipal property. More over, it is important for formation of the municipal property to differentiate property complexes like between levels of legacy, and between municipal formations.
