Executive remuneration system is one of the key at the academic circles. The main aim of this paper is to compare the degree of information disclosure of the executive remuneration which directly affect the validity of interests and rights of shareholders. The growth of the legal regulation of this issue and committee development on remuneration in Europe are the major trends in this context.
