Problem of selective approach to the selection of financial active memberships with conducting of transactions on securitization

High integration of international finance and wide contagion of banking securitization give an edge to very important questions of quality of securitizing assets and asset - backed securities. Anyhow banks face with a choice: cherry picking or lemon selling. This perplexity can be successfully solved only in case of careful retrospective analyze and comprehensive awakening.
