In the conditions of development of a securities market and forthcoming placings of securities, their estimation has the big role. Moreover, depth and gravity of current financial crisis suggests that the modern technique of an estimation of a fair stock value is far from perfect.
     In the present work the basic aspects of modern techniques of an estimation of a fair stock value are analysed and their basic lacks are revealed.
     The conclusion that the basic direction of perfection cost technique estimation of securities consists in forecasting of money supply and cost of its loan is drawn.
