At present domestic enterprises have a great need in foreign technical equipment. Therefore international leasing company often becomes Russian company’s partner in leasing deal. It`s accompanied with usage leasing company as applicable to leasing deal law-making power, as a rule, which entails corresponding nuances.
     Realization of co-ordinate activity and measures of legislative, normative legal and organizational support will permit to make it an effective investment development mechanism, help to strengthen integration connections, consolidate and develop economical strength.
