Retail banking in Russia only grows, it is opened for all and it is ready to a serious competition for the client and its growing requirements. Having the basic tools of influence on the population, banks not always can win it. The share of the consumers which are not using bank sector is still great. For the client, at a bank choice as long-term partner important presence of as much as possible wide choice at a floor price and high quality of service, and the trust transformed to confidence, generating feeling of loyalty, and according to attachment to bank.
