Private credit as an instrument of the crisis policy

Money resources of the population play a special role in the crisis management and the stabilization of the economic development. The article studies the origin, the conditions and the mechanism of the private credit, reveals the peculiarities of the forming and the use of the personal loan fund and its influence over social and economic development of the Russian Federation. In conclusion, the author gives some recommendations for the use of the private credit as an instrument of the crisis policy.
