The article is devoted theoretical aspects and going near an estimation and analysis of activity of management subjects, with the purpose of increase of their investment attractiveness directed on the selection of the most perspective and effective projects, proper their resources and possibilities. Key indexes, methods of estimation of investing, are examined in the article, offered approach, enabling leadthrough of rapid estimation of the state and activity of future object of investing.
