Features of higher schools budgetary financing

The article covers problems of educational financing from budget of RF accounting system. It was analyzed the budgetary appropriations from Federal budget, budget of Arkhangelsk Region and Arkhangelsk municipal budget. The author made a conclusion that the higher education is financed from Federal budget but there are some extra sources as material and pecuniary founders’ fees or any additional activities.
