Features of reproduction structure in a context of forthcoming modernization of the North Caucasus regional economy are considered in the article. Priorities and necessity of inter-regional interaction at formation reproduction structures are revealed. The factors of long-term action requiring additional financial resources for necessary increase of level of social and economic development are advanced.
