Using a system of indicators in budgetary planning

The present work is about the necessity of introduction into the process of budgetary planning by programme and targeted methods using a system of indicators which allows to estimate productivity of budgetary expenses. Budget expenditures of the regions of the Privolzhsky Federal District per capita are examined by means of concentration curves. The method of analyzing the budget spending on social policies and indicators of social policies dependence directed on increase of reliability of an estimation of productivity of budgetary expenses is offered.
