At session of a round table in Financial Academy at the Government of the Russian Federation, organised the problem of modernisation of the Russian economy was chair «Investment management», in the centre of scientific discussion. Participants of a round table necessity of application of reliable and practical methods of an estimation of potential of object of investment admitted to one of the most productive directions of decisions of the designated problem. According to a journal profile in the present analytical material results of scientific discussion are generalised.
