International experience in organization of financial mechanism of pension systems and its application in Russia

In the present work international experience in organizing of financial relations within pension systems is examined, comparison of world practice and specifics of financial mechanism of native pension system is made, the ability of Russian pension system to fulfil its commitments is estimated. For the benefit of improvement in financial relations within national pension system the author proposes a set of measures aimed at provision of its financial stability.
