Classification of risks of railway companies (for example OJSC «RZD»)

The results of the structural reform of railway transport have been insufficient to create in a short period of effective sources of development that would allow large-scale fund-raising in the development of the industry and its modernization. In this study underline the investment factor in the development of railway transport and the necessity of improving governance and risk classification for attracting debt financing to the companies of railway sector.
