The constant improvement is necessary so that International Monetary and Credit and Financial Relations scientific school innovative development occurs. The article comprises fundamental actual development trends of scientific school on the new phenomena analysis basis. The forthcoming world monetary system reform, Russian rouble internationalization tendency, the rising of International Monetary Fund’s role in the intergovernmental monetary regulation are meant in this context. The consideration of financial globalization influence on the world financial market and early-warning financial crisis problems is quite topical. The practical significance of the named scientific school results got on the branch of science cooperation and world experience analysis basis is also scrutinized.
