Financial resources formation factors in the social sphere

The article provides the analysis of increase of the amount of the documentary letter of credit fraud, and generalizes the basic features of such fraudulent transactions. Its major goal is to provide help to potential parties in transactions using international financial instruments. An appendix to the article provides and example of a fraudulent documentary letter of credit.
