In the article the ideas of spatial economy in relation to a problem of placement of social infrastructure of the region are considered. The features of placement of social infrastructure in the Republic of Tyva concerning three types of areas are presented: new development, old development, without development. The results of the sociological poll of the population are analyzed. The card of the directions of movements of inhabitants of three types of areas is made and the main streams are allocated
