Main directions of development of interritorial cooperation in modern Russia

In the article the major factors defining increase in internal migration of the population are analyzed. The assumption is made that development of interterritorial cooperation allows to keep traditional system of moving without decrease in quality of life. It is emphasized that development of settlements should consider features and specific resources of this or that territory and aspiration of local community.
