State policy and problems of medicinal maintenance in regions of Russia of the Nizhniy Novgorod region

Results of the research conducted by the author which purpose consisted in an estimation of the factors influencing regional distinctions in structure of the retail market of medical products are presented. The special attention is given the analysis of influence of price regulation and the program of Additional medicinal maintenance (ДЛО) on structure of the regional markets, including on a share of new and import medical products. The description of the developed structure of the Russian pharmaceutical market, its regional differentiation on the chosen indicators is given, results of the empirical analysis spent on the basis of regional statistics are resulted. The conclusion that investigated mechanisms of state regulation do not render significant influence on structure of the regional markets of medical products becomes.
