Subject. Digital transformation of project management as a systemic trend in the development of infrastructure projects, based on the integration of modern technologies: BIM, Big Data, IoT, and digital twins. Objectives. To study the digital transformation of project management through the incorporation of modern technologies that enable an increase in the efficiency of project activities. Methods. A systems approach was used, along with methods of comparative analysis and content analysis of scientific literature. Results. It has been established that the digital transformation of project management represents a transition to digital ecosystems that ensure data integration, process transparency, and improved management efficiency. Key technologies — BIM, Big Data, IoT, and digital twins — open up opportunities for resource optimization and enhanced controllability of complex systems. Conclusions and Relevance. Digital maturity models, such as those by Gartner, Capgemini, and CMMI, provide benchmarks for diagnosing the level of digital development, but their application in project activities is limited. It is necessary to adapt existing tools to the tasks of project management. This adaptation should include an assessment of the degree of technological integration, an analysis of the synergistic effect from the combined use of digital solutions, as well as consideration of the organizational culture and the readiness of teams to work in a digital environment. The results are applicable in the management of infrastructure projects, where digital transformation is particularly significant due to their scale and long life cycle.
