Analysis of the capacity of industry-specific education in Russia and the potential for competitive scaling of digital education provider's sales to foreign markets
Subject. This article analyzes the capacity of industry-specific online education in the field of transport and logistics and the potential for scaling sales to foreign markets. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the capacity of industry-specific online education in the field of transport and logistics and the potential for scaling sales to foreign markets in Asia and the Middle East. Methods. For the study, we used the general scientific research methods. Results. The article presents the results of an analysis of the capacity of industry-specific online education in the field of transport and logistics, the numerical assessment of which helped calculate potential sales within the framework of relevant assumptions and hypotheses, as well as the potential for scaling sales to foreign markets in Asia and the Middle East, taking into account the unit economics and restrictions on the profitability of sales of an educational provider in new locations.
