Subject. This article analyzes the trends in the indicators of the national accounts of contemporary Russia.
Objectives. The article aims to determine the parameters of the changes in the measures of the national accounts of contemporary Russia to ensure the transition from a catching-up development model to an advanced one.
Methods. For the study, we used a systems approach based on the methods of statistical, neural network, and cluster analyses.
Results. The article highlights changes in active borrowing of public administration and households, and non-profit organizations rendering services to households. The study determines the possibilities of fixing the redistribution of income with the help of current transfers in monetary form for final consumption and savings.
Conclusions. The recorded parameters of the changes in the indicators of the national accounts of contemporary Russia will help the Government to expediently and effectively link their elements to ensure the transition to an advanced model of development of the Russian economy.
