An innovative model of financial and economic stabilization of the Russian economy: Theory and practice

Importance The article addresses the measures and actions aimed at building the innovative model of financial and economic stabilization of Russia.
Objectives The purpose of the study is to investigate the areas of economic policy impacting the rate of exchange of the national currency, and to identify preconditions and prospects for introducing the innovative model of financial and economic stabilization of the Russian economy.
Methods The research draws upon the method of expert estimations.
Results We developed a set of measures, actions, institutions and methods for perfecting the government regulation of financial, economic, and international business activities of Russia to overcome the crisis, taking into account the updated monetary and economic policy of the State, innovative industrialization and modernization of important industries and agriculture, interaction of large and small businesses operating in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and improvement of management of economy in regions.
Conclusions and Relevance If used in practice, the findings may help strike the happy medium in versatile opportunities, prospects and efforts of the State and business in financial and economic stabilization and innovative-and-industrial development of Russia and its regions. The offered actions will enable the State and subjects of the Russian Federation to improve the development of the national economy. The new financial centers will promote financial stabilization, rapid construction of production and socio-economic facilities, and budgetary recharge at all levels.
