The article analyzes the possibilities to implement the concept of organizing the innovation activity of personnel on the example of JSC "Sberbank of Russia". The author analyzes the key terms and the concept of organizing innovation activity. The article highlights the problems, which the bank has faced while implementing the system of innovation activity, as well as the possible solutions. The author also describes the mechanisms of incentives for bank employees to develop and implement innovation.
