Economic framework of the Russian Orthodox Church activity in the modern world

The article presents an economic mechanism of formation and use of the income in the Russian Orthodox Church including its local and centralized religious organizations. The author considers the redistribution mechanisms of the income between religious organizations within the system of the Russian Orthodox Church. The paper reveals the hierarchical structure of the Russian Orthodox Church and legal aspects of its activity. The work points out the economic problems faced by parishes and directions of their solution.
