The article notes that monitoring in the sphere of the land relations allows concluding on high level of economic crime. The author analyzes special literature and discloses the problems connected with the land relations but there are no their systematization. The paper considers the main components of the state financial land control system: external structure (influence factors of environment on system) and internal structure (subjects, objects, methods (technique), results and control parameters). The author studies control problems with application of a creation technique of a tree of problems.
