The article notes that world financial crisis affected on the financial institutions of the Russian Federation. The author studies the state of banking sector, insurance companies and pension funds after crisis of 2008-2009, the problems of post-crisis state of financial institutions. The paper allocates two forms of integration of the financial institutions: bank insurance and financial supermarkets. The work reveals creation of the regional financial supermarkets.
