The article reveals social and economic essence of pension savings category as one of stability factors for pension provision and public wellbeing in the modern world. The carried out analysis enables to create a pensionsavings concept which is aimed at an identification of the elements, which confirm an expediency of an introduction of saving component in pension systems.
