Actual problems of reforming of public regulation of securities market of the Russian Federation

The article notes that the current state of the Russian securities market doesn't answer on actual issues of activation of investment processes in the Russian Federation. It is necessary to improvement of regulation of this market. The paper analyzes processes of reforming of state regulation of securities market in the Russian Federation. The most significant event is creation of the megaregulator of the financial market on the basis of Bank of Russia in 2013. The author considers positive and negative sides and makes assumptions of further prospects of regulatory influence of this body on securities market.
