Government regulation of corporate social responsibility in Russia

The article notes that in recent years around the world in the relationship between state, civil society institutions and private companies have been changes which have contributed to the emergence of new forms of social interaction. The author claims that one of such forms is based on the exclusively voluntary constructed system of relationship, is a corporate (social) responsibility. He analyzes the prevailing practice in the Russian state regulation of corporate social responsibility (CSR), concludes that there was formed the institutional environment, proposes measures to building an integrated system of state incentives CSR
