New approach to placement of state and municipal orders: advantages and disadvantages of contract system

The article analyzes key changes which affect the system of placement of orders for the state and municipal needs in connection with coming into effect of the law on federal contract system. The authors present advantages of federal contract system, which can lead to decrease in efficiency of its functioning. The paper defines the ways to eliminate these shortcomings that reduce corruption component in contracting.
