Financial planning as management instrument of financial resources in agrarian sector

The article points that there is an objective need of financial planning for determination of the minimum sizes of financial resources when changing market, conditions and methods of financial control at the organizations. The authors analyze the budget of income and expenses which will allow carrying out organizational and economic transformations in time. A new format of the financial plan will lead the organization to qualitative level of functioning for adoption of effective administrative decisions and conducting highly profitable activity in modern conditions.
