Improved form of payment order

The article considers the issue of getting by taxpayers "feedback" from the banks in making payments using payment orders. The authors point to absence the mechanism of fast informing of payers about the results of payment in modern banking practice. The paper offers to add a form of the payment order with the fields allowing for clients more quickly receiving information on payments, and for banks - to use additional marketing actions.
