Global regulation of the national financial and budgetary systems: restoration stability

The article presents the issues of use of rules financial the practicing of industrialized countries (the Pact prototype about stability and growth) which can be considered as making measures for reduction of risks of carried-out reforms for preservation of financial stability of the Russian Federation. Special importance is to introduce uniform regulatory measures, among which an important place is occupied by the National Council for Financial Stability.
