Assessment of reasons of labor opportunism of staff

The article reveals the main reasons for labor opportunism of staff of JSC Bugulma Airport and gives the quantitative assessment of level of opportunistic behavior separately on ordinary workers and heads. The author concludes that the opportunistic relation to work of ordinary employees is protective reaction to opportunism of their direct administration on the basis of the carried-out regression analysis of the employees given questionnaire and heads. The paper presents the main reasons for emergence of opportunism of workers and heads.
