Improvement of the mechanism of investment of pension reserves as factor of development of non-state pension funds

The article notes that in the conditions of reforming of pension system of the Russian Federation the problem of competent investment of pension reserves is special relevance. The authors consider modern mechanisms of placement of the saved-up means for possible increase in future pensions by means of the non-state pension funds making institute of non-state pension provision. The paper concludes that activity of non-state pension funds acts as a well-tried remedy of diversification of pension accumulation of the Russian citizens, promotes improving the living standards of future retirees, as well as more rapid transformation of savings into investments.
