The article considers the problem of reforming of the state financial control. The authors reveal and describe characteristics of innovations in the legislation regulating powers of Rosfinnadzor. The paper presents the recommendations on further improvement of the regulations regulating a procedure of financial control on the basis of the analysis of bills.
