The article considers credit institutions providing a standard set of the banking products which range depends only on bank opportunities. Banks need to enter the competition among them for attracting clients. The bank competition is one of versions market which has the features which acting in the course of creation and realization of banking services. Research of the competitive environment of credit institution is an assessment of barriers of entrance and exit from the market, a competitive environment of bank and motivation of competitors.
